SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN WINGS 
10-12 chicken wings, cut in pieces, tips removed
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Beat one egg and dip chicken into egg and then into cornstarch. Fry until brown. It takes the chicken awhile to brown. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over wings. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
