8 potatoes
Onion
1 lb. bacon
Vinegar
Bacon grease
Salt & pepper

Boil potatoes; skin. Fry bacon in bits. Save grease. Add 2 parts grease to 1 part vinegar. Mix with potatoes, onions, salt and pepper. Serve hot.
