COLORFUL GARDEN SALAD 
1 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
1 c. fresh cauliflower flowerets
1/2 c. water
1 yellow summer squash in 1 inch slices
1 sm. red pepper, cut in half slices
1 1/2 tbsp. herbed olive oil
3 tbsp. herbed vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. J.D.'s Magic
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Red leaf lettuce

Place broccoli and cauliflower in steamer and steam in microwave 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are crisp and tender. Drain. Place squash in steamer and steam for 3 minutes in microwave. Drain and set aside. Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, J.D.'s Magic in jar. Shake vigorously. In large salad bowl, place broccoli, cauliflower, squash, peppers and pour dressing over all. Toss to mix well. Cover with film and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes. To serve, place red lettuce leaves on individual salad plates and spoon vegetable mixture on top. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
