SPIKED CHICKEN BARBECUE 
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. sunflower and peanut oil
1/2 c. bourbon and white wine
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. Tabasco

Marinate chicken pieces, about 3 pounds, for several hours or overnight in a glass dish. Turn occasionally. Place chicken pieces on grill or broiler. Baste with remainder of marinade while cooking 15 minutes on each side, or until done.
