FAST COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
2 c. milk

Blend one cup of milk with coconut and let stand. Mix all the other ingredients together; add the remaining cup of milk and fold in the coconut. Place the mixture in a 9 1/2 or 10 inch pie plate, Pyrex is best. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. This pie forms its own crust as it bakes.
