FROZEN BANANA ROCKETS 
2 wooden ice cream sticks
1 ripe banana, peeled & cut in half
1/4 c. chopped walnuts or toasted almonds
1 tsp. honey

Insert a wooden stick lengthwise into wide end of each banana half. Spread walnuts on a sheet of wax paper. Using a finger, coat one of the banana halves with a thin film of honey. Roll banana in nuts, pressing nuts into the banana. Place on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining banana half and freeze about 2 hours, until firm. Makes 2 servings. 155 calories, 4 grams protein, 9 grams fat, 20 grams carbohydrate per serving.
