RAINBOW SALAD 
4 sm. pkgs. Jello
1 lg. container sour cream
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Stir 1 cup boiling water in package of Jello. Add 1/4 carton of ice cream. Mix until smooth and pour into serving dish to refrigerate. Cover layer with thin layer of sour cream and repeat above with each flavor.
