SKILLET SPANISH RICE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. veg. oil
1 med. green pepper
1 c. reg. rice
2 (8 oz.) canned tomato sauce
1 1/3 c. water
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oil in skillet, add ground beef, onion, green pepper and rice. Stir over medium heat until lightly brown. Add tomato sauce, hot water and rest of ingredients. Mix well. Bring quickly to a boil. Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
