STUFFED ZUCCHINI 
1 lb. hamburger
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 chopped onion
Sweet basil to taste
2 med. zucchini
1 clove garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook hamburger, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and basil in a skillet. Add spaghetti sauce. Should be a thick mixture. Cut zucchini lengthwise, scoop out the middle - leave about 1/2 inch around sides. Put in an open baking pan, fill with meat mixture in center of zucchini. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour until zucchini is soft.
