1 roasting chicken
Italian salad dressing (oil based)
1 brown grocery bag

Rub outside of chicken with Italian dressing and place inside of brown paper bag. Put bag inside of a roasting pan and fold end under, place in oven. Cook for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Your chicken will be golden brown, juicy and delicious when done. Preheat oven to 450 degrees, then turn down to 350 degrees to bake. Secret ingredient: Do not peek!
