1 c. butter
1 lb. (2 c.) brown sugar
1 can Borden's Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
About 1 1/3 c. popcorn, popped

Boil to soft ball stage. Pour on popcorn while stirring. Make balls or leave as is.
