SAUSAGE AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. sausage
2 c. milk
8 eggs
1 c. shredded cheese
2 tbsp. mustard
1 c. herb stuffing mix
1 c. brown bread, crumbled
Pam

Spray bottom of large casserole dish with Pam. Sprinkle crumbled stuffing mix and bread crumbs into dish. Cover crumbs with sausage that has been crumbled, fried and drained. Cover top of sausage with 1 cup shredded cheese. Pour well- blended egg, milk and mustard mixture over top of cheese. Press down evenly with spatula and cover with foil or Saran Wrap. Keep in refrigerator overnight.

When ready to cook, put into 350 degree oven and cook for around 35 to 40 minutes. Slice and serve with fresh fruit and juice.
