2 c. grated apples
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter
1 egg

Mix all together and place in uncooked pie shell and bake in 300 degree oven until middle doesn't shake.

Makes 2 frozen pie shells.
