GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
2 qt. green tomatoes
4 onions
3 green bell peppers
1 red bell pepper

Grind tomatoes and let set overnight with salt on them (a little to salty to eat). Next morning wash the juice and salt off. Grind peppers and onions. Add about 1 cup sugar (to taste) and enough vinegar to cover. Heat thoroughly and put in jar when color changes.
