BARBECUED HAMBURGER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. finely diced celery
1/4 lg. green pepper, chopped fine
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

To be prepared in slow cooker or simmered all day. Brown ground beef, onions, celery, and green pepper. Drain excess fat.

Combine remaining ingredients, except parsley; mix well. Pour over meat. Cover and simmer all day or at low setting on slow cooker. Stir several times. Add parsley. Serve hot between hamburger buns or over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
