FRESH COCONUT ICING 
2 c. light cream
3 c. sugar
1 fresh coconut, shredded or grated

Bake favorite plain cake 3-4 layers. Boil light cream and sugar until forms a soft ball. Add 3/4 of the coconut. Spread between layers on top and sides of cake. Sprinkle with rest of coconut. Doesn't look too good but tastes like heavenly food.
