SEAFOOD WITH FRESH GINGER 
1 container chopped sea clams with juice
Shrimp, mussels, scallops, cleaned sliced squid tubes, lobster meat if you can afford it
1 sm. container yogurt

Saute 5 or 6 slices fresh chopped ginger with 3 or 4 chopped garlic cloves in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. add clam juice and 1 bay leaf reducing the stock in the frying pan. Mix in the seafood cooking until tender. Last add the yogurt and sprinkle with fresh ground pepper. Serve the seafood over either green or regular fettuccine noodles.
