1 can albacore tuna, flaked
4 eggs, whipped
1/2 c. green peas (or other veg.)
2 sliced green onions
1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. grated cheese
3 c. mashed potatoes

Combine all except potatoes and put in a 9 inch greased pie pan. Spread potatoes over top and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until top is nicely browned. Let cool and serve in wedges.
