OATMEAL REFRIGERATOR COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. coconut
3 c. quick oats

Sift flour, soda and salt. Cream butter; add sugars and eggs. Beat well. Mix in flour mixture. Gradually stir in oats. Add coconut and pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375°F for about 10 minutes.
