CHEESE CORN BREAD 
3 tsp. butter
1 onion - chopped & cooked in butter
1/2 c. milk
Dash Tabasco sauce
1 c. creamed corn
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. corn muffin mix
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Mix corn muffin mix, milk and Tabasco. Put into 13 x 9 pan, next put onion on, then sour cream, then cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. If cheese starts to burn cover with foil.
