HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING 
3/4 c. plain non-fat yogurt
1/4 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. coarse-grained mustard
1 tbsp. rice vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, cover and chill dressing thoroughly. Yield: 1 1/2 cups (25 calories per tablespoon) .9 gram fat.
