SKILLET CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM 
2 tbsp. butter
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut up
1 env. Lipton onion and mushroom soup mix
1 c. (16 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained
1 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

In large skillet, melt butter and brown chicken. Stir in Lipton onion and mushroom mix, blend with tomatoes, onion and garlic. Simmer covered stirring occasionally for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve with rice and French bread.
