SLICED LEMON PIE 
2 c. flour
2/3 c. lard
7-8 tbsp. water

Mix flour and lard together until crumbly, add water.

FILLING:

1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. butter (soft)
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 lemon, peeled, sliced thinly
1/2 c. water
