ONION SALAD 
3 lg. Vidalia onions
3 tbsp. safflower oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. Salad Delight

Thinly slice onions and separate into rings. Add safflower oil and toss until all onions are coated. Add remaining ingredients and toss. Serve with any main dish.
