1 lb. hamburger meat
2-4 tbsp. chopped onion
2-4 tbsp. fresh chopped mushrooms (optional)
Approx. 2 c. mashed potatoes
8-12 oz. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. corn, canned - drained

Saute onions and mushrooms. Add meat and brown. Season to taste. Place meat in casserole dish. Top with canned corn (drained). Top with mashed potatoes then top with cheese.

Heat in oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and bubbles around edges. Cover with lid while heating. Very easy recipe and very good.
