CHEESY SCALLOPED CORN 
1 tbsp. butter
8 shredded wheat wafers, crushed (about 1/2 c.)
1 (12 oz.) whole kernel corn with sweet peppers, drained
1/2 c. cubed pasteurized process cheese spread (2 oz.)
2 tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. onion powder

Place butter in a small microwave safe bowl or custard cup. Microcook uncovered, on 100% power high for 30 to 45 seconds or until melted. Toss with half of the crushed wafers. Set aside.

In a 1 quart microwave safe casserole combine remaining crushed wafers, corn, process cheese spread, milk and onion powder. Cook, uncovered on high for 3 to 5 minutes or until process cheese spread melts and mixture is heated through, stirring once. Sprinkle with buttered wafers. Makes 3 or 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
