BROCCOLI WITH CHEESE SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. frozen broccoli
6 oz. American or Cheddar or sharp cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dried onion
Dash of salt
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. cornstarch or flour

Pour frozen broccoli into saucepan. Add 1/4 cup water, bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 4-6 minutes or until tender. Heat cheese, milk, cornstarch, dried onion, salt and pepper over medium heat. Stir frequently until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. 4 servings. Takes 8-10 minutes to be completed.
