2 med. onions, finely chopped
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 lb. ground beef
1 sm. head cauliflower, trimmed and separated into flowerets or pieces
1 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. tomato sauce

Cook onions in butter. Add and brown meat, broken into pieces. Add cauliflower, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper to taste. Cook covered over medium heat until cauliflower is tender and liquid just covers bottom of pan. Serves 4.
