CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4-5 chicken breasts, cooked & deboned, cut into pieces
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
4 c. rice, cooked (1/2 wild rice, 1/2 white)
2 cans cream of chicken soup (condensed)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sherry or dry white wine

Butter 9"x13" pan. Layer rice, chicken, broccoli. Mix soup, mayo, sherry and spread on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
