STEW 
1 (12 qt.) pan
2 lbs. beef, cubed or ground
1 lb. pork, cubed or ground
1 lg. onion, chopped
6 carrots, sliced
4 lg. potatoes, cubed
1 qt. canned tomatoes, chopped with juice
1 lg. can mushroom pieces, with juice
1 lg. can tomato sauce or 1 qt. tomato juice
1 (16 or 20 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (peas, corn, beans, carrots)
1 (10 oz.) frozen green beans
1/4 oz. dried mushrooms, with water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
(Additional water, if needed)

Brown meat in a little oil. Add onion and saute. Add all ingredients and bring to a boil for 10 minutes. Add water if needed to cover vegetables. Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

NOTE: If meat is cubed, flour meat before browning.
