GRANOLA 
2 1/2 c. "old fashioned" rolled oats
2 c. Grape Nuts
1/2 c. (rice) or (whole wheat) flour
1/2 c. non-fat powdered milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 apples, grated
3 tbsp. apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients. Spread into flat non-stick pans and bake at 275 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Store in airtight container when cool. Great for breakfast or snacking with apple juice instead of milk.
