PEA SALAD 
1/2 c. lite mayonnaise
1/4 c. no oil Italian salad dressing
10 oz. frozen peas
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. peanuts, shelled
6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
1/4 c. chopped red onion

Thaw and drain peas. In a large bowl mix mayonnaise and Italian dressing. Add peas, celery, peanuts and onion. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just prior to serving add bacon and mix again.
