BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. mild sausage
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dried mustard
2 c. cubed bread crumbs

Brown sausage in a medium skillet. Drain and discard any fat and set aside to cool. Lightly beat the eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add milk, mustard powder and salt and blend well. Stir in bread crusts, sausage and cheese and mix well. Pour into a shallow 2-quart glass baking dish and refrigerate overnight.

Spray dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until edges are brown. Cut into wedges and serve hot or at room temperature.

Serves 6 to 8.
