1 box chocolate cake mix (with pudding in mix)
1 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
1 c. water
3 eggs

Bake at 350 degrees. Grease and flour (2) 9 inch layer cake pans. Mix all together in large bowl with mixer at low speed. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
