RASPBERRY FINGERS 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1 egg, beaten & 1 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. raspberry jam
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 (4 oz.) can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift and mix together the flour and baking powder. Cut in 1/2 cup butter as for pie crust. Mix egg with milk and stir into mixture. Spread dough over greased baking sheet 8 x 8 inch. Spread jam over mixture.

To beaten egg add sugar, melted butter, coconut and vanilla. Pour this mixture over raspberry layer. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
