PICANTE SAUCE 
6 or 7 med. fresh tomatoes, peeled
4 or 5 fresh jalapeno peppers (canned may be used)
1 lg. or 2 sm. dill pickles
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. thyme
Salt to taste

Put above ingredients in the food processor or blender at slow speed and blend until reduced to consistency you prefer.
