BEEF GOULASH 
2 lbs. stew beef, cubed
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 tsp. paprika
3 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
Dash of red pepper
Hot noodles

Brown meat in butter in Dutch oven or similar pot. Add all remaining ingredients except flour and water for thickening. Simmer 2 hours or until meat is tender. Thicken with blend of flour and remaining water. Serve over noodles. Serves 6.
