PORK AND CLAMS 
3 lbs. pork (blade) meat
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
1/3 c. oil
7 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 lb. clams OR
8 little necks

MARINADE:

1 c. white wine
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
2 basil leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. paprika

Mix marinade. Cut pork in cubes. Add pork cubes to marinade and let sit for 6 hours.

Heat large pot with oil; add pork and red pepper; cook, stirring very often. When meat is done, add marinade juice.

Fry potato cubes. Add to pork in pot. Add clams; cook until cooked. Serve immediately.
