MEAT BALL STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 slice bread, crumbled
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 c. cooked noodles
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. water

Mix beef, onion, egg, bread, salt and pepper. Shape into balls. Brown in skillet. Use shortening, if needed. Add soup and water. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Blend in sour cream. Serve over noodles.
