QUICHE WITH CORN 'N PEPPERS 
9 inch pastry shell
1/2 (17 oz.) can Kuner's corn 'n peppers
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 c. shredded Jack cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. half & half or low fat skim milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake shell 12 minutes until lightly browned on edges. While shell cools, drain corn 'n peppers and chopped green chilies. Mix corn 'n peppers, green chilies and onions. Pour into pastry shell. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Beat together eggs, half and half, salt and cumin. Pour over top.

Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
