PITA BLACK BEAN TOSTADAS 
1 can black beans, drained (reserve 3 tbsp. liquid)
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. each garlic powder and ground cumin
2 (5 inch) whole wheat pitas, split in half horizontally
1/2 c. low fat cottage cheese
1/4 c. chunky salsa
1/4 c. sliced green onions

Lightly mash black beans, reserved liquid, chili powder, garlic powder and cumin in medium bowl. Spread on cut sides of pitas. Top with cottage cheese, salsa and green onions. Makes 4 servings. Per serving: 106 cal, 15 g. pro, 35 g. car, 2 g. fat, 0 mg. chol, 748 mg. sod.
