MACARONI SALAD 
1/2 pkg. sm. (6 oz.) salad macaroni
1 sm. can chopped black olives
3/4 to 1 1/2 c. salad dressing
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dill weed
1 c. chopped celery
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/3 to 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, crumbled

Bring 3 quarts water and 1 tablespoon of salt to boil. Gradually add macaroni so water continues to boil. Cook uncovered for 7 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Drain and rinse in cold water.

In medium bowl, combine salad dressing, mustard, vinegar, oil and spices. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Chill 4 to 6 hours before serving. Makes 5 1/2 cups.

Important to use salad dressing and not mayonnaise.
