MICROWAVE APPLE CRISP 
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/2 c. quick or old fashioned oats
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 can (21 oz.) apple or peach filling

Microwave butter in medium size bowl until melted. Stir in oats, brown sugar, flour and nuts. Microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently during last 2 minutes, until crisp and toasted. Pour filling into 9 inch microwave safe pie pan. Microwave on High 3- 4 minutes until hot. Sprinkle oat mixture over filling. Serve immediately. Top with ice cream. Total time - 15 minutes. (Can be doubled - just double time.) Great if you need a quick delicious dessert.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
