RHUBARB SALAD | |
4 c. chopped rhubarb 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 2 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry Jello (dry) 1 sm. can crushed drained pineapple 2 c. frozen strawberries 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 1 c. miniature marshmallows Cook rhubarb, sugar and water until rhubarb is tender. Add Jello, pineapple, strawberries, Cool Whip and marshmallows. Mix together and refrigerate. |
