POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen hash browns (24 oz., plain, no oil or seasonings)
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can fried onion rings

Mix all ingredients reserving some soup and onion rings for top of casserole. Place in casserole (baking) dish, top with soup and onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Can be prepared the evening before.
