JAM CAKE 
3 c. flour
6 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 c. blackberry jam
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking soda in milk
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. allspice
1 c. seeded raisins
1 c. red wine (blackberry)
1 c. nuts
1 tbsp. cocoa

Bake in tube pan - 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours depending on oven. Put pan of water in oven to keep cake moist. Seal in can in cool place.
