LEMON DESSERT 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix in 9x12 inch pan, reserving half for top.

FILLING:

9 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 can condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
1 (6 oz.) can lemonade concentrate, thawed, undiluted

Mix gently. Spread filling over crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Chill thoroughly and keep refrigerated until serving.
