SPANAKAPITA (Spinach Pie) 
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach (10 oz.)
1/2 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
2 c. cottage cheese
4 eggs
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 med. onion
1 c. chopped mushrooms

Cook spinach, drain thoroughly. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Mix the Feta cheese, cottage cheese, onions and mushrooms with spinach.
