STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 boned chicken breasts, split and halved
butter
Parsley flakes
Rosemary
Oregano and basil
6 slices boiled ham
6 slices American cheese
2 c. bread crumbs

Pound breasts to flatten and spread 1 side with butter. Sprinkle generous amount of next 3 ingredients on top of butter and on that put 1 slice each ham and cheese. Roll up and roll in crumbs until completely coated. Fasten with toothpicks and put in shallow pan in 325 degree oven, uncovered, 45 minutes. Serve with sprig of parsley and pilaf of rice.
