CHICKEN LUNCHEON DISH 
8 slices day old bread, cubed
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1/2 c. onions, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
2 beaten eggs
3/4 tsp. salt

Butter 2 slices bread and set aside. Cut remaining bread into cubes. Place half of bread cubes into casserole. Combine remaining ingredients (except bread), pour half over bread cubes, then remaining cubes, chicken. Cut last 2 slices of bread into cubes and top casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
